Mark Fischer is a Vice President supporting Schwab Asset Management Solutions. He holds several leadership roles within the organization. As CFO of CSIM, Mr. Fischer oversees the fund administration, fund accounting, middle office, custody, transfer agent, tax functions, and finance teams for the business unit. He also serves as Treasurer and CFO for the Schwab Funds, Laudus Funds, and Schwab ETFs.   In addition, Mr. Fischer oversees the vendor oversight, business continuity, intermediary oversight, data management, and business intelligence functions for Schwab Asset Management Solutions. 
 
Mr. Fischer joined Schwab in 2013. Previously, Mr. Fischer served as the executive director of fund administration at JPMorgan Investor Services in Boston, where he rejoined after spending time as vice president and assistant treasurer at MFS Investment Management. Prior to MFS, Mr. Fischer served as a vice president in fund administration at JPMorgan, after beginning his career at State Street Bank.
 
Mr. Fischer holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth.
