Robert Rota is an Associate Portfolio Manager for Schwab Asset Management. Mr. Rota is a member of the team responsible for managing and designing scalable investment processes to deliver personalized direct indexing solutions. 

Prior to joining Schwab in 2024, Mr. Rota was a financial analyst at Chaucer Global where he created financial models and business plans for domestic and international start-up companies within Chaucer Global’s portfolio. 

Mr. Rota earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in business analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in corporate finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
