Effective July 28, 2026 the Schwab Select Large Cap Growth Fund became the Schwab Large Cap Growth Opportunities Fund. In addition to the name change, the fund revised its 80% investment policy in compliance with Rule 35d-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "Names Rule").
